Animal Farm

This isn’t the type of subject I post about on this blog. Animal Farm is a blog dedicated to the Socialist intrution in the United States. This subject is big and need some attention, in my opinion.

The left have a double standard. They can say what they want about any Conservative, be as crude, rude, and insensitive, but act insulted when it comes to themselves.

So Letterman needs rating because his show is in the dumper. Sarah Palin is the lefties punching bag, so he takes a shot. It’s bad enough about the sleazy jokes about Sarah, but he show himself as a dirty old man when his jokes are about a 14 year old girl. Yeah, you can name Conservatives that have insulted Commie Libs, and I can give you reasons why it’s an apples to oranges comparison, so let’s not get off the topic and stick with this. I don’t care what Limbaugh said.

The girl is 14. Oh yeah. He said he thought it was the 18 year old he was joking about. The joke’s inappropriate whether the age is 14, 18, or 70. Wouldn’t the Secret Service be at my house if I were to suggest the one of the Presidents daughters was “knocked up” by a famous baseball star? What’s the difference? “You can say such thing about Conservatives, Foxwood. They deserve it. And besides, Letterman’s a comedian.”

Doesn’t cut the crap. If I were a Conservative Comedian, it wouldn’t fly. So let’s go one step farther. Why should any woman or child be the butt of such disgusting jokes, Liberal or Conservative?

Rose is a friend of mine, that I do care for. It may not seem so sometimes, because she knows how to press my button and piss me off. Here is a note I sent to her…

Rose, I don’t concede we need healthcare, because I’ve always believed we need it. I just don’t believe in Government run single payer healthcare. The Government can’t run anything efficiently or low cost. I also don’t believe that we have to cut all taxes from the Government. Even though I think we need limited Government, the limited government has to run.

What can be done to give all Americans (not the world) healthcare is to cut the Government to the bone. No earmarks, no pork, no automatic pay raises for politicians, limit the Government to what the Constitution necessitates. Make the Government do what it’s supposed to do, and that’s to defend our people and guard our boarders.

The money saved is then used for Medicare for those that need it. Not to require everyone to have it. If I don’t want healthcare, I shouldn’t have to pay for it. Obama is going to require it, violating my Constitutional rights. Then if I want to get private healthcare from my employer, I can get that.

I’m not heartless. I’m just not Communist. Part of the private healthcare systems problem is, dare I say, Government. Private healthcare is given requirements to fulfill with a bureaucracy to oversee these requirements. Government knows nothing but how to skim money. So to say the problem is profit is wrong and right. The profiteer is Government.

When the private industry makes profit, they use that profit to discover new medicines and procedure in medicine. You take out the incitive to make money, you take out the incitive to discover new methods. It’s basic economics. Greed is good. Communism removes greed, therefor incentive. Medicine is rationed, lines grow, people die. Communism seem fair, feels good, but is really… bad.

I did tell you they don’t teach economics, history, or the Constitution in school? That’s why we are where we are. Just so you know.

Take, take, take, take, take. That’s all the political piggies want. They can’t get enough of the tax trough. “Oh,Foxwood! Our country is going down the tubes. It’s never going to be the same as it was. We were a great country, but not so great anymore.” I can tell you what the problem is. GOVERNMENT!

We get government back to what it used to be and “PRESTO”, our country is back the way it used to be. Oh, you remember history, huh? All of the history books tell you how great we were. Well, maybe the old ones do. The new ones tell our kids how we stole from everybody to be the great country we were. In order to be rich, you have to steal it from the poor. Fucking bilge bullshit!

If you’ve noticed the government takes more money from us, and the problem only gets bigger. We are in debt up to our grandkids necks and Obama wants to take more for healthcare. We are in debt up to our grandkids necks and Obama wants to take more for healthcare. Yes, you read that twice.

“Foxwood, we can’t afford not to have universal healthcare for everyone”. We can’t afford it PERIOD! That brings me to a point. Have you read your Constitution yet? Yeah, you might have read it in grade school or high school. Maybe even collage. But have you really read it? It’s not an ancient historical paper, like they teach it today. It’s the ‘rule of law’. This is the law of the land.

The reason you don’t know it, or respect it is because our government doesn’t respect it. They are in the habit of making rules as they go. Government was meant to be small. Government was not meant to interfere with our lives. Do you remember “Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness”? It’s in the Constitution.

So, how do I know government is supposed to be small? Read the 10th Amendment.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

“Foxwood, there are many federal mandates that are not in the constitution. we have national speed limits, clean air and water regulations, criminal justice policies, etc, etc.” That’s right… and it’s wrong! It’s not in the Constitution and we let this happen, sleeping at the wheel, and just plain not giving a shit, because “they are the government, they can’t be wrong”. Stop being stupid and eat some meat. Your brain functions better with protein.

The Federal Government needs to do it job, set out in the Constitution and protect it’s people. That means building our military and guarding our boarders. As the 10th Amendment states, let the state and people delegate healthcare as we see fit.

What is it going to take to open your eyes and see, and/or get you off of your lazy ass to do something? If you can’t see that we are in full fledged Socialism and don’t do something soon, you deserve to live in the misery that will come.

If you’ve been reading this blog, you know I’ve preached that our government is going Socialist. Let’s stomp on the flag and Constitution in celebration because this is not the USA, it’s the United Socialist States of America. We are NOT free, and where are the brave?

We are now giving terro… er, excuse me, ‘overseas contingency people of interest’ Miranda Rights. If I remember, in September 2008, in Farmington Hills, Michigan, when McCain-Palin pulled ahead of Obama-Biden, Candidate Obama ridiculed Palin’s suggestion that Obama favored Miranda Rights for terrorists.

Oh, that’s right, how forgetful. Miranda Rights are not for terrorists… they’re for overseas contingency people of interest. What’s Miranda?

In 1966, Miranda v. Arizona, the U.S. Supreme Court declared that whenever a person is taken into police custody, he or she must be told of the Fifth Amendment right not to make any self-incriminating statements before questioning.

Your Miranda Rights:
1. You have the right to remain silent.
2. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
3. You have the right to an attorney.
4. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you.

Our President cares for no one but himself. Our soldiers will die, our citizens will die, terro… er, WHAT THE HELL, terrorist will run free, cross our boarders, be the equivalent of citizens, and have rights. IS THIS WHAT YOU VOTED FOR? IS THIS WHAT YOU WANTED? WE ARE THE UNITED STATES! WE ARE THE LAND OF THE FREE AND THE HOME OF THE BRAVE! WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

The Supreme Court has made the Constitution worthless. It has more value if you were to wipe your ass with it. The Supreme Court did not hear Indiana Pensioners appeal of bankruptcy in the Chrysler case.

Where is the ‘rule of law’?

That brings me to a point that needs to be made. Do you know what the ‘rule of law’ is? When you hear ‘rule of law’, it means the Constitution. This is right out of George Orwell’s Animal Farm. The ‘rule of law’ is for WE THE (little) PEOPLE. But Napoleon and the Pigs can sleep in the bed.

Know your rights! If you don’t know the Constitution, you don’t know the law!

The Fifth Amendment
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

You hear the Fifth Amendment and you think it’s time to shut up in court or Congressional hearing. Read it again. pay attention to the last part of it. “nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law”.

Bankruptcy law states if a debtor defaults on payment, a senior secured creditor has the contractual right in bankruptcy to demand his collateral, or the cash value of his collateral. This is important because a loan secured by collateral is safer than a loan that’s unsecured. Because the loan is safer, a lender can charge a lower interest rate to the debtor. Chrysler received lower interest rates from its secured creditors in exchange for pledging its property as collateral.

The Obama Administration extorted the collateral from the senior secured creditors in the Chrysler case, with threats and intimidation of besmirchment with the Whitehouse Press Corp. Bankruptcy law is clear that those creditors are to be protected.

This changes the way business is run. The rules will made up as Obama sees fit. The Supreme Court has just given him free reign. As a business owner, and that includes small and home based businesses, your security is no longer secure. We now live in a socialist country. Your property is no longer yours.
