This is such a wonderful country. Everyone comes here for the ‘American Dream’, to come and live and build on their dreams. The boarders are wide open. An immigrant’s opportunities are wide open. There is no one in the way of your goal.

A new way has opened up for those wishing to gain the American Dream. Go one year to Al-Qaeda University. Then another 5 years in Gitmo University. Upon graduation, and with your new skills, you now qualify for welfare.

Indeed, America is a good place to live and the land of opportunity.

The Constitution is under attack. It is in Mr. Obama’s way. One by one he is stealthily eroding them away. “We the people” are asleep and letting this happen under our very noses. You that have been mesmerized, can’t see beyond your noses. I’ve been trying to slap you in the face and get you to wake up, because your taking all of us off the cliff with you. If you don’t know about the Constitution, it’s because they don’t teach it in school anymore. Liberals think it archaic.

The government, for years, has been allowing the indoctrination of your children. ‘Yeah, Foxwood, where is your proof.’ It’s right in front of you! We continually pay taxes and have a set amount of it go to the school system. Continually, lawmakers request more money to resolve the failing school system. Continually, the school system produces more and more dropouts, and/or passes students that should not be passed.

It’s easy to indoctrinate young minds. It’s easy to indoctrinate when there is no education. If you haven’t been indoctrinated, ask your high school student about the Bill of Rights. Can they name them. Do you know what your rights are or what the government is bound by the Constitution to do? You need to read your rights, because your rights are being stomped on just as Bill Ayers stomped on the American flag.

I’m telling you, if one right is removed or changed, they all can be removed or changed. The Amendments listed below are of significance right now:

* First Amendment – Establishment Clause, Free Exercise Clause;
freedom of speech, of the press, Freedom of Religion, and of assembly; right to petition,

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The Fairness Doctrine was to take conservative talk radio off the air. In a more subtle way so that the ‘Supreme Leader’ will not have his hand in it, Localism will be the back door to bring fairness about.

The Megan Meier Cyberbullying Prevention Act looks as if it will be the back door to shut down the internet also. The intention of the bill was to stop cyberbullying, a good thing, but it looks as if it will include speaking out against political opposition as well.

Senator McCain has already seen to it that political speech is removed two months before elections.

* Second Amendment – Militia, Sovereign state, Law of Arms.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The claim is that this amendment only pertains to militia, but look at the words ‘the right of the people’. Doesn’t matter though, because the ‘Big Giant Head’ will allow the U.N. to be empowered to regulate the Second Amendment right to own a firearm.

The Judicial nominees Obama has in mind, not to mention present standing judges, are looking to international law to make judgments. I thought their guideline was supposed to be the Constitution.

* Ninth Amendment – Protection of rights not specifically enumerated in the Bill of Rights.

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

It provides that the naming of certain rights in the Constitution does not take away from the people rights that are not named, such as the right to travel, privacy, autonomy, dignity. This is where the right to an abortion came from. The U.S. Supreme Court at the time didn’t consider the Fifth Amendment when finding this right, where no person shall ‘be deprived LIFE, liberty, or property”

The Tenth Amendment may have the answer to bringing the Constitution back to the intent of the founding fathers.

* Tenth Amendment – Powers of States and people.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

This means that the federal government has only those powers specifically granted by the Constitution.

Read and re-read the Tenth Amendment. Where is our government now? Compare it to the days of our founding fathers. I hear you say, “Foxwood, today is much different than the days of our founding fathers”.

The founding fathers were for less government. Our last 20 administrations, including the ‘Great Oz’, were/is for more government. Ok, the times are different because we expect the government to take care of us and will not take responsibility for ourselves. We don’t need more government, we need to learn responsibility. If the government takes care of us, we have no rights.

He has developed a plan to require 50 hours of community service in middle school and high school and 100 hours of community service in college every year. On April 23, 2009 Flanked by members of Congress, President Obama signed a national service bill into law making room for 250,000 members.

Now Obama wants to end the dual system the federal government uses to advance loans to students to pay for college. Under the system, students at colleges borrow from state agencies, banks, and nonprofits that in turn receive subsidies from Washington, while others get loans directly from the government. The premise is that it will save money.

The president’s proposal would switch the federal student loan system entirely to direct lending from the government. After your child has finished his/her education, the government will then say, “you own us”. Community service will not be voluntary, it will be mandatory.

Foxwood, you say… This is conspiracy theory. Stop drinking the kool-aid, read the writing on the wall, and pull your head out of your ass. They taught you to put 2 and 2 together in school didn’t they?

Chrysler goes bankrupt and the UAW get to keep it’s contract to retired workers. Bank lender CEOs get bailout money, but they can’t keep the contracts they made with retention bonus’s. What’s wrong with this? I don’t have a problem with the retirees keeping there contract (except that I’m paying for it), but if one contract is kept, all contacts are kept, or none if none.

These CEOs where within the law. Obama knew the public would go berserk and used it to humiliated them on television.

As Chrysler goes bankrupt, some creditors take 30% on the dollar to let Chrysler off the hook. Other creditors wanted to wait till after the bankruptcy, where they would get 50 to 70% on the dollar. Obama excoriated the hold outs. Said they were greedy. He warned them on TV, even while they were within the law.

The hold out lenders now have a lawyer representing them with the claim that the Obama administration has directly threatened them. Obama would ruin their reputation. This is Obama’s Modus Operandi. Public Humiliation. He rewards those he likes and punishes those he don’t, damn the laws, and that’s just tyranny.

The UAW is the beneficiary of the alleged threat, and is now 55% owner of Chrysler. I know, I know… “Those creditors are rich bastards and they deserve it”. Well my Commie Lib friend, the law’s the law. You can’t obey the law only when it suits you, but I guess it’s OK to undermine the rule of law if you don’t like it. You’re Commie Lib leader does it. It must be OK.
