I stand corrected! Matt is absolutely right. My blog time was too short to go into it all, but Social Security is unconstitutional. It was an idea of the Democrats so that’s why I posted as I did.
At least that is the way this simple layman sees it.
And to add, Income Tax is a democratic, unconstitutional program.
Meant to be voluntary, now you can go to jail or become an Obama Cabinet Member.

Obama did clearly state that he ‘wanted to share the wealth’, government control is the best way to achieve that. This way he can balance the income, if you make to much he reduces the product, make to little he increases the product, if so-in-so does not have a job, he send so-in-so to you for that minimum wage.
