The Beginning

I’m a believer in Creationism, but I’m also a believer in science. Albert Einstein also believed this and several scientists today do as well. Believing is a matter of faith at this point and my opinion on this subject is my own interpretation. Consensus with scientist is the universe began with the “big bang”. Consensus is not science, as you can see from the definition of scientific theory in Wikepedia:

A scientific theory can be considered a deductive theory, in that its content could be expressed in some formal system of logic in which its elementary rules are taken as axioms. In a deductive theory, any sentence which is a logical consequence of one or more of the axioms is also a sentence of that theory.

In the humanities, one finds theories whose subject matter does not (only) concern empirical data, but rather ideas. Such theories are in the realm of philosophical theories as contrasted with scientific theories. A philosophical theory is not necessarily scientifically testable through experiment..

The “big bang” seems to be a plausible theory, but like Creationism, it is a matter of faith. If you understand that the Creator’s concept of time is not ours, then Genesis 1 1-31 can make some sense. The Bible says that Adam and Eve lived 100’s of years as did Noah and Abraham. Our human intellect has not necessary evolved to understand all time concepts yet, so hence you have the ignorant unbelievers who deny and make fun of faith and religion.

But these ignorant lefty unbelievers who deny and make fun of religion make science and government their religion. Darwinism has been proven. I believe this. The deductive reasoning that explains fossils and the change of creatures and plants, and the studies of Darwin on Galapagos proves what has happened. Natural selection produces better beasts and foliage. Competition is good.

Scholars have taken the Bible and put the Creation of the earth and heavens at 6000 years ago. That is our concept of time that puts Creation at 6000 years ago.

You may not believe that the Creator did it this way, and all I’m saying is that this is my interpretation. I have faith. Scientist that have faith, use their scientific knowledge to prove Creation. Einstein was trying to do this before he died.

The Communists in office and that reside within our country put their faith in science and government only. They do not wish to believe in a Judeo/Christian God. Global warming is now discovered to be untrue, but the Communists want to tell you the consensus is that global warming is happening. Again, consensus is not science. The numbers were falsified and the scientists will not reveal their data. Oh, that’s some real proof there, you liberal lefty losers. But I digress.

You believe in the natural selection of Darwinism? Then you must believe life is not fair. That there are winners and losers in this world. The lion eats the zebra and that is nature and natural selection.

The Constitution give us all the equal chance to succeed; not equality. If we fail, we must take responsibility, learn from our mistakes, and pull ourselves up and try again.

The key fundamental bedrock of free market Capitalism is the “The Right of Property”. A necessary part of Capitalism is the enforcement of contracts. Someone has to make sure that the law isn’t being broken and that what is promised is actually delivered. That’s where the government does their job, IN A LIMITED WAY.

There is only one country in the world where a person can come up from below the poverty line and go on to make 6 digits annually. Can that happen in Cuba? Russia? Maybe Venezuela?

Capitalism does NOT fix the corruption of man. People will abuse, no matter the system. Communist China, Communist Russia, and the leftist Socialist dictators in South America are prime examples. Power corrupts, and Capitalism is not immune. Capitalism is STILL the best system out there.

Do you really think that in the perfect Socialist state all people will have access to the same political pull? No. People will be less free to affect their own destiny.

The Communists want to suppress religion, and replace government and science as religion. They put their faith heavy into Darwinism. It’s ironic. Communism makes everyone equal (except for the elite plantation owners). Healthcare will give everyone the same equal chance to die within the system (again, except for the elite). They believe the rabble should have the same bad system, while they rise to the top with the best of the best.

If they believe in a tried true science of Darwinism, why would they want to get rid of the “free market” which is nothing more than economic Darwinism?

The First Amendment
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for redress of grievances.”

Hmmm? Did you read that? The words “separation of church and state” are not in the First Amendment. If you read further you will not see it in any other part of the Constitution. The founding fathers never mentioned “separation of church and state” during the framing of the First Amendment, between June 7 – September 25, 1789. Look for yourself in the Congressional Record.

On September 25, 1789, the very day Congress passed the First Amendment, a resolution was approved requesting President George Washington to proclaim “a day of public Thanksgiving and prayer.” That would have been immediately after they passed this imaginary “separation of church and state” clause, making Washington’s prayer unconstitutional. That’s odd! Why did Congress do that?

So where did “separation of church and state” come from? The pinko lefties will tell you that to understand the First Amendment, you have to understand a letter written by Thomas Jefferson. The phrase in this letter, “thus building a wall of separation between church and State”. On January 1, 1802, eleven years after the First Amendment was ratified, the private letter to the Danbury Baptist Association was to assure them that the federal government could not and would not try to establish a national denomination.

Jefferson was an ambassador in France as the Constitutional Convention took place. So how did that imaginary clause get in there. It took some big brainiacs to come up with this whopper. While President of the United States, Jefferson was also made president of the Washington, DC public school system. In an unconstitutional act, against his own imaginary clause, he placed the Bible and the Isaac Watt’s hymnal as the two primary reading texts in the school system. Again, an unconstitutional act against his fabled “separation of church and state” clause.

To explain it to you kool-aid drinking, blue pill popping, pinko lefty losers, the man you put forth to explain your imaginary “separation of church and state” clause, Thomas Jefferson, went against his clause. Explain this one to me?

And isn’t Jefferson’s private statement in a letter considered hearsay? As I understand it, hearsay is not admissible in court.

Our founding fathers introduced religion into the school system, contrary to popular belief. After the American Revolution, Noah Webster published the Blue Book Speller. Bible verses were used within to teach reading and spelling. The McGuffey Reader was introduced in 1836 and also featured Bible verses so to teach moral values. By the 1900’s, many other text books were in use and they all contained Bible verses.

At the start of the 20th Century many classrooms started the day with the pledge of allegiance, a prayer and a Bible reading. In 1925, the newly formed American Civil Liberties Union paid a teacher in Tennessee to teach Evolution. It wasn’t done in schools before. Forty years later, the laws reverse the way thing were, teaching Creation is outlawed and teaching Evolution is mandatory.

In 1947, in Everson v. Board of Education, decreed that the “separation of church and state” phrase is be tied to the Establishment Clause, not the Free Exercise Clause. In 1948 the ACLU used the “Separation of Church and State” argument in Supreme Court to outlaw a time for school prayer.

In 1961, Engel v. Vitale, the Supreme Court said that officials of public schools may not compose public prayer because the U.S. Constitution prohibits any law respecting an establishment of religion. The Supreme Court again declared that prayer in school was unconstitutional in 1962. In 1963 the Warren Court stopped schools from allowing Bible reading.

The government must stop, rather than to protect, public religious activities. So, the First Amendment’s in violation of itself because the Court holds that for someone to practice their public free exercise of religion is an unconstitutional establishment of religion.

Early American schools taught moral values from the Bible and with prayer, public school today prohibit it. Birth rates for unwed girls 15-19 of age have risen. So has sexually transmitted diseases among children 10-14. There have been higher suicide rates among teenagers, higher divorce rate, and more abortions. So with low morality comes corruption of values.

For 185 years prayer was allowed in public and the Constitutional Convention itself was opened with prayer. Congress still opens every day of business with prayer. Every United States President is sworn into office with his hand on the Holy Bible. A country that does not teach its children right from wrong will corrupt from within. When not taught good from evil, sin prevails and evil will flourish.

The ACLU claims that prayer, Bible reading, and the Ten Commandments in school violate the Constitution. Why did the founding fathers have them in their schools? Maybe they didn’t understand the Constitution they wrote? Or maybe you were indoctrinated in your Commie Lib public school system, you ignorant moron.

I cannot believe that we’ve let our country devolve this far. We’ve allowed our school systems to teach Socialism and Communism and hatred for Capitalism, our founding fathers and the Constitution. During this half century of indoctrination in our school system, a spineless, Marxist leader was forged with the added benefit of a beginning education in Muslim schools where Islamic indoctrination is the norm.

In young Obutthole’s public school years in Hawaii, Frank Marshall Davis, a black revolutionary Communist, mentored young Obutthole with extra curricular indoctrination on the villainy of the white man and the United States. Davis was a member of the Communist Party of the USA (CPUSA) and was active in Moscow based propaganda operations.

After college, Obutthole moved to Chicago working as a community organizer. Then ran for the Illinois State Senate. His fund raisers were the self admitted Communists and terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dorhn. Obutthole had made claims that these two were just acquaintances, but we find out later, Bill Ayers is the ghost writer of ‘Wet Dreams of my Father’.

After being a state Senator and less than 150 days as a U.S Senator (lots of experience there, hmmm?), Obutthole runs for President. While campaigning he made this comment to Joe the Plumber.

“My attitude is that if the economy’s good for folks from the bottom up, it’s gonna be good for everybody. I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”

This is similar to the Communist theories of Karl Marx, where economic goods are distributed equitably.

Now as our President, he surrounds himself with self admitted Communists, Maoists and Marxists.

One thing ACORN does is pressure banks into making loans. They help (by protesting) banks lower standards for making loans. The Community Reinvestment Act was meant to encourage banks to make loans to high-risk borrowers. ACORN has abused the law by forcing banks to make subprime loans to uncreditworthy poor customers. If a bank wants to expand or merge with another, it has to show it has complied with the CRA, and approval can be held up by complaints filed by ACORN. These intimidation tactics, charges of racism and threats to use CRA to block business expansion have enabled ACORN to extract millions of dollars in loans from these banks.

Yes, there is corruption in Capitalism, and it has to be rooted out, but the corruption in Communism is a given. Life isn’t fair. It’s never going to be. You have to learn to accept it, but it’s to easy for you to accept the government lies. Some people are smart, while others have no sense. Some are natural athletes, while others have two left feet. Some are lucky, while other are accident prone. Some grow old and live a long life, while other die early in life. NOTHING is fair. You, nor government, can change that fact.

You want economic equality? Social justice? Communism? You will lose your freedom. That is what Communism offers. They give you the Utopia lies to get you to buy into it. Don’t buy it. Don’t get stuck on stupid. Take responsibility of yourself. Don’t put stock in the government to take care of you. Their goal is to rule you and your job is to obey. That’s not freedom. We overthrew a King to have freedom in this great country. Obuttfuck wants to screw you and bring this country down to third world status. A lot of men and women died for your freedom. It’s up to you to give a shit about it.

Have you ever run into that lefty loser that claims they understand the Constitution, then tell you that the “general welfare” clause was placed there to take care of the poor and down trodden? I even convinced one moron on the original intent, and he came back with, “the Constitution is a living, breathing document and it changes with the new definition of the words”.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Article 1, Section 8 -
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

The “general welfare” clause is the most abused portion of the Constitution since 1937. It has been used to empower Congress with unconstitutional “Powers” to tax ‘We The People’ and spend to their hearts content for the “general welfare”. It’s now an endless cycle, because to stay in power, our Reps and Senators promise to bring home the bacon. When they do, we continue to vote for them. What? You thought this was how it was supposed to be?

To know the meaning of “general welfare” in the Constitution, you have to know the definition and the history of usage (etymology).

The Constitution was written clearly as applies to states.

The 1904 and Revised 1913 Merriam-Webster Dictionary took this change, which in essence removed the distinction of “applied to persons” and “applied to states” from it’s meaning.

In 1929 the stock market crashed. When President Franklin Delano Roosevelt came into office in 1933, he saw a chink in the Constitution’s armor. “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, it was planned that way.” The country was in a depression and FDR asked for “powers similar to those necessary in time of war”. Half written and poorly crafted legislation was rammed through a compliant 73RD Congress. Everything FDR asked for was given to him, with little or no debate. Sound familiar?

In 1935 the legislation reached the Supreme Court for review, and a year and a half later the court decided on ten major cases. Eight out of the ten went in favor of the United States Constitution and against the FDRs new deal. FDR declared war on the Supreme Court.

The Roosevelt administration was confirmed with the Democratic Congressional win in November 1936. FDR attempted to reorganize the Judiciary to fulfill his agenda. The “Revolution of 1937″ had started. The President proposed that each Justice over the age of 70 was to be appointed a new Justice to “help wit their case loads”. The threat was to pack the court so as to get the rest of his agenda passed.

The Supreme Court might lose it’s role as “Guardian of the Constitution”. They decided to take the wind from the sails of the President’s court packing plan and declare the social security cases Steward Machine Co. v. Davis (301 us 548, May 24, 1937) Constitutional. This decision said Congress could tax and spend for anything; so long as it was for “general welfare.” It played right into FDRs game.

The words “General Welfare” in the enumerated powers of Article I Section 8 were never intended to be an object for extension of the power to tax and spend until the case noted above. FDR made the Constitution worth more as toilet paper.

Until 1937 the Congress of the United States conducted its business within the boundaries of enumerated powers granted under Article I Section 8 of the United States Constitution.
Anything not set down in the enumerated powers was considered outside the purview of the national government and hence, a matter for the states according to the Tenth Amendment.

The court said:

The purge of nation-wide calamity that began in 1929 has taught us many lessons. Not the least is the solidarity of interests that may once have seemed to be divided. …Spreading from state to state, unemployment is an ill not particular but general, which may be checked, if Congress so determines, by the resources of the nation. If this can have been doubtful until now, our ruling today in the case of the Steward Machine Co., supra, has set the doubt at rest. But the ill is all one or at least not greatly different whether men are thrown out of work because there is no longer work to do or because the disabilities of age make them incapable of doing it. Rescue becomes necessary irrespective of the cause. The hope behind this statute is to save men and women from the rigors of the poor house as well as from the haunting fear that such a lot awaits them when journey’s end is near.

When money is spent to promote the general welfare, the concept of welfare or the opposite is shaped by Congress, not the states. So the concept be not arbitrary, the locality must yield.
